What to Expect
You don’t have to be “ready” to begin, you just have to be willing. Healing doesn’t require perfection, clarity, or strength you don’t yet have. It starts with showing up.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’ve spent a long time handling things on your own. At Voice of Truth Therapy Services, your experience is meant to feel supportive, respectful, and centered on you.
There is no pressure to have the right words or to share everything at once. We move at your pace.
Your first session is about connection and understanding.
During this time, we will:

This session is not about fixing everything in one hour, it’s about creating a foundation where you feel safe enough to begin.

The Therapy Process
Therapy is a collaborative process. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, clinical skill, and honesty.
