Refund Policy

Voice of Truth Therapy Services is committed to providing professional, ethical, and high-quality care. Due to the nature of therapeutic services and the time reserved specifically for each client, refunds are generally not provided for completed services.

 

Therapy Sessions

Payment is required at the time of service.

Fees for completed therapy sessions are non-refundable.

Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to the Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy and are not eligible for refund.

PLEASE NOTE: Insurance does not cover missed or late-canceled sessions.

 

 

Workshops, Trainings, and Events

Registration fees for workshops, trainings, and group events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

 

If Voice of Truth Therapy Services must cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be offered the option to transfer their registration to a future event or receive a refund.

 

Prepaid Packages

 

Prepaid services are non-refundable once sessions have been scheduled or initiated.

Unused sessions may be applied toward future services at the discretion of the practice.

Exceptions

 

Refund requests related to extenuating circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the clinician. Approval of any exception does not constitute a waiver of this policy.
