I am a licensed master social worker, therapist, and advocate with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across school, clinical, and community settings.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, emotional safety, and relational healing. I approach therapy as a collaborative process, one where you are the expert of your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you with skill, compassion, and honesty.

I understand what it means to be strong for everyone else while quietly needing support yourself. My goal is to help clients reconnect with their voice, rebuild trust within themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Why Voice of Truth Exists

Voice of Truth was born out of a simple but painful reality:
too many people learn how to survive by silencing themselves.

They learn to be strong, to carry the weight, to figure it out alone.
Not because they want to, but because they had to.

Over time, that silence becomes familiar. It feels safer than being misunderstood. It feels easier than explaining pain that was never fully acknowledged. And eventually, even when help is available, finding your voice can feel harder than holding everything in.

Voice of Truth exists to interrupt that cycle.

This space was created for the people who were never given room to speak freely, the ones who were overlooked, dismissed, minimized, or taught that their needs came last. It’s for those who learned how to function while quietly hurting, and who now feel disconnected from their own voice because survival demanded it.

Here, your voice is not rushed, corrected, or judged.

Healing at Voice of Truth is rooted in the belief that when people feel safe enough to be honest, with themselves and with others change becomes possible. Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about honoring what you’ve carried, understanding how you got here, and creating space for something new to emerge.

Voice of Truth exists because your story deserves to be heard, fully, gently, and without apology.

And when your voice is restored, so is your power.

To restore voice, dignity, and wholeness to individuals who have been silenced—empowering them to live, speak, and walk in truth with confidence, healing, and purpose.
