No Crisis or Emergency Services
Voice of Truth Therapy Services does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are in immediate danger, please call 911 or contact your local emergency services. For immediate mental health support, you may contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Therapeutic Relationship
A therapeutic relationship is established only after an initial intake session has been completed, informed consent has been signed, and services have been formally initiated. Submitting a contact form or inquiry through this website does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Appointments and Fees
Appointments are scheduled in advance and require payment at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Fees, cancellation policies, and financial responsibilities are outlined in the practice’s Financial Policy and Refund Policy.
Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to fees as outlined in the Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy. These fees are not billable to insurance and are the responsibility of the client.
Insurance
Voice of Truth Therapy Services may accept certain insurance plans. Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, copayments, deductibles, and coverage limitations. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment by insurance.
Confidentiality
All therapy services are confidential and protected in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Confidentiality may be limited in situations required by law, including but not limited to concerns involving safety, abuse or neglect, or court orders. Detailed confidentiality information is provided during the intake process.

Electronic communication, including email, text messaging, and contact forms, is used for administrative purposes only and is not intended for therapeutic communication. While reasonable efforts are made to protect privacy, electronic communication cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
